What is your return policy?
We want families to have an opportunity to see if Mightier is a good fit for them by trying it first. You must submit your return request within the two week free trial. Expedited and international shipping costs are not eligible for a refund. If you hit a bump in the journey or are experiencing any challenges, please reach out to our Family Care Team. We are here to help.
Does Mightier ship around the world?
Yes! We believe every kid deserves access to mental health tools. Within the United States, all orders are eligible for free standard shipping and our kit typically arrives in 5-8 business days. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and international locations generally arrive within 15 business days of placing your order.
Does
international shipping cost extra?
Yes. Shipping rates and applicable taxes, VAT, duties, and fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination. Returns from international customers will be refunded the original price, minus these costs.
